Home Workout | Full Body No Equipment
Hello everyone!
I am sharing some ideas for a home workout. No equipment required, maybe a mat if you have one.
Let’s keep it simple and effective.
-5 Exercises, 10 Reps Each.
-Do each exercise non-stop back to back. Rest for 2 minutes after each circuit.
-Aim for 3 circuits.
1. Walk Outs + Push Up
2. Same as above, but add a jump. (Low impact option listed in the video)
3. Standing Crunches (10 on each leg, diagonally, 1 on each leg in the centre)
4. Tricep Dips
5. Lateral Squat Walks (2-4 steps each direction, depending on the space you have, doesn’t have to be too strict here).
