Tight Hips?
Hi everyone!
I thought I would dedicate my first post on Fityo's website to the hips.
It really is all about the hips! They connect our upper body to our lower body. Developing flexibility and strength in your hips will help both in your everyday life as well as in your yoga or fitness practice.
These four poses work to stretch out and help mobilise your hips. Especially nice after you have been seating for a long time.
Try to hold each pose for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Remember to listen to your body.
